Raised in Seattle, based in New York City, Luna is a director, puppet-maker, writer, and performer. She is hand-making the puppet world of Disney's FROZEN as a puppet maker at Rockefeller Productions. One of her puppets Ethel Martins has been seen all over TikTok and recently received a coveted "Muppet Grammie" for Spookiest Puppet 2025.

In 2025, she attended a marionette carving intensive under the puppet master Vladimir Sosna in the Czech Republic. Her puppet and sculptural work has been at The Shedlon Art Gallery, Metro Theatre Company (Maddy's Fridge), We Wiggle Dolls (Boy Scout Marie x We Wiggle Dolls), Love Child Theatre Co. (Stoner Comedy). With more projects to be announced soon!

Her theatrical directing credits include: The St. Louis Rep (Private Lives), Webster University (Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, Learned Ladies, and Silence), Young Americans Theatre Company (Founders, Keepers), Wax Wing (Rabid Animals), and The Invitational Arts Collective (Will and Grace in Outer Space).

 

She is fascinated with the weird and the queer and aims for new and unique representation for trans and queer stories. She is currently obsessed with puppet slams and horror theatre.
